I couldn’t agree with you more. I built a website from scratch for a town I use to live in. It was basically a full blown CMS. Looking back on it, I wish I had leverage the power of Joomla or Drupal. Not that I didn’t enjoy the project, just that I could have done it faster with an already established system instead of re-inventing the wheel.
